Our employment law team advises and conducts legal proceedings on all kinds of aspects of employment law and employee participation law and distinguishes itself in these areas of law with a special focus on and a specific knowledge of the IT sector. Examples include secondment/consultancy, Waadi questions (placement of personnel by intermediaries), StiPP questions (pension fund for personnel services) and privacy issues. We also represent quite a number of clients outside the IT sector. Basically, you can consult us on any employment law issue. We represent both employers and employees. Mediation is a good alternative for many employment law disputes. Mediation prevents a legal battle, ensures lasting solutions and is faster and cheaper than litigation.
